Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.
How does per-domain pricing work?
There's one paid plan with graduated pricing, like an income tax bracket. The first 25 domains are billed at €5/domain (Starter band). Domains 26–100 at €4 (Growth band). Domains 101+ at €3 (Scale band). On annual billing the rates are €4 / €3.20 / €2.40. So 50 domains on annual is 25 × €4 + 25 × €3.20 = €180/month. Every paid feature (hosted MTA-STS, hosted BIMI, white-label, SSO, audit log, scheduled deliverables) is included from domain 2 onward.
How does DMARC report analysis work?
We process the DMARC aggregate (RUA) reports your monitored domains receive from providers like Google and Microsoft. We parse, deduplicate, and surface the per-sender breakdowns. On Pro, every domain you monitor is included. Free is limited to 250 emails analyzed per month to keep evaluation accounts contained. Fair-use limits for very high-volume domains are documented in our terms.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20%: €4/domain on Starter, €3.20 on Growth, €2.40 on Scale. Annual prices are shown by default.
I only have a handful of domains. Can I use MailShield?
Yes. The Free tier covers 1 domain. From 2 domains up, you pay €5/domain (€4 on annual). 5 domains is €20/month annual, 10 is €40/month annual. No minimum seat count.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. 1 domain, all 8 protocol checks, 250 emails analyzed per month, DMARC and TLS-RPT report processing. Hosted MTA-STS and hosted BIMI are paid-only. No credit card required.
Do parked or brand-protection domains count?
By default yes. Every monitored domain counts toward your Pro brackets. But for domains marked as parked (no mail flow), you can switch them to the Passive Monitoring add-on at €1.50/domain/month (€1.20 annual). Passive domains are billed at the flat add-on rate instead of consuming a Pro per-domain slot. You toggle this from each domain's settings page.
